It is represented by graphic and schematic layouts, analyzing and evaluating implantation levels, orientations, circulation fluxes, areas’ requirements and respective tables.

Stage intended for the conception and representation of the edification’s provisional technical information, its elements and components, defined during the Preliminary Study, necessary for the project’s interrelation of technical activities and enough to elaborate estimate costs and terms for the services involved.

Stage intended for the representation in parametric graphic language of the technical information conceived for an edification and its elements in the Architectonic Draft Project, being necessary the analysis and approval from the competent authorities, based on the legal demands (local, state and federal), and obtaining of the charter or licenses and further indispensable documents for the contract object’s activities. It appears in floor plans, facades, intersections, providing the understanding of the entire Contract Object.

Stage intended for the conception and final representation of the edification’s technical information and its elements and components, including detailed, complete, definitive, necessary and sufficient solutions for the bidding (recruitment) and for the construction’s services’ executions. It is presented in graphic plants with floor, ceiling and walls’ revetments.

Stage in which it’s made a graphic marking in extended scale of the technical details, constructive components and decorative elements that are necessary. Dealing with the doubts and providing options of materials that mains influences and does not compromise the Contract Object’s final result, before and during the period of construction.

Adjusting the areas according with the functional program of specific activities, determining spatial organization and layout, dimensioning pieces, defining equipments and furniture, being all elements presented in floor plans, facades, sections and zoomed areas in specific scale.

Monitoring and joint participation in meetings, visits, information availability, if necessary during travels, with a research purpose, prospecting and evaluation of businesses and equipments, providing technical advice which defends the client’s interests and marks out its decision.

A product consisted of an information group (including infrastructure and services) defined and articulated in agreement with the principles and urban techniques, while integrated to the micro region, to perform environmental functions in adequate levels, with solutions as subdivisions or integrated urbanization, as examples of cities, villages, neighborhoods, towns, allotments, dismemberments and gatherings. It is presented all the necessary information for the understanding, evaluation, competent team’s approval and execution of the corresponding infrastructure and civil services, in a parametric graphical language, in form of Geometrical Horizontal Project and Geometrical Vertical Project.

It involves a reunion management to match complementary projects and its interactions with the Architectonic Project, to both edification (concrete and/or metallic structure, electric installations, telephony, logic, lighting, hydraulic, sewer, drainage, air-conditioning, sealing, landscaping, etc.) and urban (paving, sanitary sewer, drinking water distribution, macro and micro drainage, landscaping, high and low voltage power network, public lighting, telephone network, security system, TV and internet networks, etc.) intermediating negotiations in a way that during the development of several projects, the critical points which attends multiple interests will be anticipated and resolved, and the best result to the Contract Object will be reached.
