PERINI Store’s project for Perini’s network in Graça’s neighborhood in Salvador/BA

The store from Perini’s delicatessen network is distinguished as a commercial undertaking with an external parking lot for 91 vehicles, underground production storey, bakery, confectionary, kitchen, fridge chambers, deposit and workers’ room. The project also includes ground floor with a delicatessen, boulevard gallery; mezzanine with events center, lounge bar, ethnic restaurant (typical Portuguese and Spanish culinary), manager office; technical floor with equipment centers, with a total building area of 4,296.95m2.
