Designed to be an office complex Triple A high environment quality standard, the Syene Corporate is the first commercial Green Building in Brazil North / Northeast. Its volumetric arrangement choose to use transparency, enhancing the softness in the mass movement. In this enterprise all the technical solutions aimed at achieving the lowest environmental impact, focusing on the well-being of users. This concern was also reflected in the specification of materials as the use of thermoacoustic tiles and high-performance thermal comfort glass in the facades, capture and reuse of rainwater, installation of recyclables collecting facilities, use of raised floors and modulated ceilings 100 % recycled, and the use of vacuum toilets.

This bold corporate building consists of a single tower with 8,106.42 m2 in a 80,288.12 m2 at Avenida Tancredo Neves, the new financial center of Salvador. There will be 40 floors with 207 commercial rooms up to 93m² to 180m², meeting rooms, mall service, health fitness with 719.31 m² and helipad, as well as 20 stores with 1,628.16 m2, 06 meeting rooms with 360 seats and 1,350 parking spaces for cars and 58 for motorcycles.
